Shipping Policies

We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Mail. We only ship Monday through Friday unless there are any specific customer requests that necessitate a Saturday shipment. We will always do our best to accommodate any special shipment needs.

Based on our shipping methods, orders will generally arrive within 2-3 days of drop off at our local post office. Of course there is always a possibility of loss, damage, or delay by USPS, which is why we do offer a DOA policy as spelled out below.

If your order does arrive DOA or even partially DOA, we request that you submit images within 4 hours of delivery verification based on the tracking information. If you know you or someone else will not be available to receive your order upon delivery, we will absolutely work with you to ensure that our shipment can align with the most ideal time for you to be able to successfully receive your order.

Since we do ship from Chicago, where temperature extremes can occur, we will notify customers if we intend to delay any shipments to ensure safe shipping. It is not a frequent occurrence, but it is certainly worth noting.
